Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, both available in the footer of this site. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Our products
STRONOS Lion's Mane Gummies are a food supplement. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and they are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical care, consult your doctor before use. Our products are intended for adults.
We make every effort to display our products accurately, but colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen. Product descriptions may be updated from time to time.
3. Orders
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order where we reasonably need to, for example because of a stock shortage, a pricing error or suspected fraud, and if we do, we will tell you and refund any payment taken.
You confirm that the information you give us when ordering is accurate and that your purchases are for personal or household use, not for commercial resale.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT. Delivery within the UK is free. Prices, discounts and promotions may change from time to time; the price you pay is the price shown at the time you place your order, confirmed in your order confirmation email.
Prices on this website may differ from prices for the same product on other channels, such as Amazon or physical stockists.
Payment is taken at the time of ordering through Shopify's secure checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
5. Subscriptions
If you choose a subscription, your selected product will be dispatched and your payment method charged at the frequency you choose. You can skip a delivery or cancel at any time from your account or by emailing hello@stronos.co.uk. Cancellation takes effect immediately for any order not yet dispatched.
6. Delivery
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. Orders are dispatched within 2 working days via Royal Mail. Delivery times are estimates, and delays caused by the carrier or by events outside our control can happen. If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of your dispatch confirmation, email hello@stronos.co.uk and we will put it right. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.
7. Returns and refunds
Our returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which includes our 30-day money-back guarantee and your statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including the STRONOS name, logo, text, images, graphics and design, is owned by or licensed to Longspaces Limited and is protected by intellectual property law. You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes only and may not reproduce or distribute its content without our written permission.
9. Reviews and feedback
If you submit a review or other feedback, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display it in connection with our business, including in marketing. You confirm your feedback is your own, is accurate and honest, discloses any incentive you received, and is not unlawful, offensive or misleading. We may remove feedback that breaches these requirements.
10. Our relationship with Shopify
Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our services to you. Any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Longspaces Limited. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and us.
11. Acceptable use
You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to interfere with the proper working of the site, gain unauthorised access to it, introduce malicious code, scrape its content, or use it to transmit spam or false information.
12. Errors and omissions
Occasionally information on this site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies, including in descriptions, pricing and availability. We reserve the right to correct errors and to update information at any time, and to cancel orders affected by an obvious error, with a full refund.
13. Our liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when you placed your order, losses not caused by our breach, or business losses. Our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the price you paid for that order.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the date of the last update. Changes apply to orders placed after the date they are posted.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute, except that if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect. If we do not enforce a right under these Terms, that does not waive it.
