I got these for my neighbour, because she wanted to try some gummies that increase energy. I like that these are not marketed for a specific group or sport. These contain what seems like a pretty typical dose of lions mane, and I like that they have not included random vitamins to make them look more effective. Reference values are for 2 per day and I also like their info is very clear and easy to understand.I don't see the advantage to gummies over capsules or pills, myself. While these do not contain anything I'd not expect, by their nature, they need sweeteners, colourants, thickeners, gelling agents etc. Nothing in here particularly concerns me, and they contain fewer additives than some others, but it's just a load of stuff you don't really need to take. But it's a matter of taste, and I will see how my neighbour likes them.Personally, I am also wary of taking mushroom supplements. They don't just include beneficial compounds, which they doubtlessly do, but also store a lot toxins from the environment, and I wonder how much ends up in these products. Ideally, they'd be tested for heavy metals and other common offenders. These do say they are "batch tested" but it does not say for what exactly. But that is quite typical, although some do provide more specific info. These seem good value for the amount and quality. This is a Vine Voice review, but I have provided my honest and unbiased opinion. I try to use or test all products, or if I can't, I at least check them. You can see my rating system on my public profile under my bio, as I don't want to add it to every review.
I got these Lion's mane supplement gummies from stronos as recommended from my GP. Lion's mane is known to help with moods, Nerve Repair, gut health, and increasing memory capability. Although there is limited research into the benefits I still thought I would give them a go due to Nerve and memory problems. As with any supplement they do have side effects when interacting with medications, pregnancy/breastfeeding, if you are having surgery, and can cause gastrointestinal upset. A health professional should be seen before use anyway if there are any concerns. I dont have any of the above and havent had any side effects despite having a sensitive stomach. This brand was recommended to me as it has a good ingredient list and a high dosage. You take 2 a day which leaves a 30 day supply. I find gummies easier to take than large capsules which is a bonus. As this supplement only uses the mushrooms fruiting body and not the mycelium or grain filters it has lower starch and a high concentration for increased absorption. They have a nice taste with no nasty aftertaste. After 2 weeks consistant use i noticed a difference in my memory and after 3 months I noticed a difference in an old nerve injury.Overall this is a good quality lion's mane supplement that I have seen improvents in myself with. The gummy is easy to take, and at £16.99 these are good value for the quality.
Nice taste and good results so far. Would love to try their other products if these are anything to go by.
The Stronos Lion's Mane Mushroom Gummies are a highly effective and pleasant alternative to traditional brain health supplements, completely eliminating the chore of swallowing large capsules or mixing earthy powders into your morning drink. Each daily serving of two chewable gummies delivers a clinical-strength 2000mg equivalent of pure Hericium erinaceus fruiting body extract, with zero mycelium or grain fillers. The plant-based pectin formula features a truly delicious natural berry flavor with absolutely no mushroom aftertaste, making it incredibly easy to fit seamlessly into a busy adult routine. It noticeably clears stubborn afternoon brain fog, improves mental clarity, and boosts daily concentration under pressure. Furthermore, they are manufactured right here in the UK to a top-tier BRCGS AA safety grade, providing excellent batch traceability. However, the product drops one star because it is undeniably expensive compared to regular capsules, costing around 30 pence per gummy, and the chewy texture can stick slightly to your teeth. They do contain standard sugar and glucose syrup, but if your budget stretches to it, the premium cognitive results make it well worth the investment.
We have just come to the end of our bottle of these gummies and have been very impressed.Firstly the packaging looks great, stylish and simple and gives off the impression the ingredients of the gummies will be good quality too.The gummies are very easy to take. They have a pleasant flavour which is neither artificial or too sweet like many gummies on the market. They are the right size to take, they do stick a little to your teeth but that's not really a problem. These have been gentle on my stomach and digestive system and I have not suffered from any side effects. The gummies seem to have had a positive effective on my sleep and level of sharpness and part of my overall good routine.Would happily buy again.
Stronos Lion’s Mane Gummies are reasonably effective at clearing mental cobwebs, swapping out the chore of swallowing capsules or tablets for a genuinely tasty natural berry flavour. They do exactly what they promise, noticeably lifting afternoon brain fog and keeping my focus sharp. The only real sting is at the checkout, as this high-strength 10:1 fruiting body extract is not cheap at 30 pence per gummy. If your budget stretches to it, it’s an effective, vegan friendly option to keep you mentally stimulated without the need for caffeine.
Thumbs up from me, nice little dummies, taste is very nice good quality, only just started to take them so I will up date if I find they have helped me
These lions mane gummies are great, the texture is nice and the flavour pretty good, I also really like the presentation in the pot, they feel like a quality item. I swear by lions mane and Ashwaganda to help keep me relaxed as I suffer from anxiety and I find both products help me a lot. These gummies are a brilliant way to get an easy dose of lions mane, and I haven’t noticed any side effects. Knocked off one star due to the price, whilst gummies are lovely, at £18 for a months supply I can get capsules for less than half that, so it comes down to cost really. No faulting the product though, just not sure if the value for money is there at this price point.
These lions mane mushroom gummies are brilliant and we really like them in our household. We do like to take supplements and find gummies a really tasty and easy and quick way to get in those extra nutrients and vitamins. You get 60 gummies and they are berry flavoured. Made without artificial colours or artificial flavours. Pectin based, so vegan friendly and gelatin free. Lion's Mane can help with your energy levels and also increase focus.Very convenient to take and as they taste so nice, doesn't feel like chore at all but rather a sweet little treat.
These are an easy and enjoyable way to take Lion’s Mane compared to capsules or powders. The berry flavour is pleasant and they don’t have the strong earthy taste I was expecting from a mushroom supplement. The gummies have a good texture and are simple to add into a daily routine. I also like that they use a high-strength fruiting body extract and are vegan, plus being UK made gives a bit of extra confidence. It’s still early days so I can’t comment too much on long-term effects, but I’ve found them convenient and easy to stick with. If you’re interested in trying Lion’s Mane but don’t fancy swallowing capsules, these are a good alternative and feel like a quality product overall.
I’ve tried a few mushroom supplements before and the biggest problem is usually the taste or texture. A lot of them either have that earthy mushroom aftertaste or the gummies end up weirdly chewy and overly sweet. These are much nicer than expected. The flavour is properly pleasant without tasting artificial, and the texture is soft without sticking to your teeth. They genuinely feel more like decent fruit gummies than a supplement you force yourself to take because it’s supposedly good for you.I also like that they’re convenient compared with powders or capsules. No mixing, no strange smell from a tub every morning, and easy enough to just keep near the kettle or desk so you actually remember to take them consistently. In terms of effects, it’s always hard to measure these things dramatically after a short period, so I’m not going to pretend they suddenly turned me into a productivity machine. What I can say is they’ve been easy to incorporate into a routine, and I’ve had no unpleasant aftertaste or stomach issues from them. The packaging feels decent quality too and the gummies arrived fresh rather than melted together into one giant lump, which does happen with some cheaper gummy supplements. For anyone curious about Lion’s Mane but put off by powders or large capsules, this feels like a much more approachable option.
These are a pleasant and easy way to add Lion’s Mane to your daily routine. The gummies taste nice, with a natural berry flavour, and the texture is good too. They are a little like a commercial gummy, though not as springy as something like Haribo.I also like that they use a 2000 mg high-strength fruiting body 10:1 extract, and that they are made in the UK. They feel like a good option for getting an additional Lion’s Mane supplement into your diet without having to deal with capsules or powders. In terms of effects, they do seem to have a naturally uplifting quality for me, although there is no way for me to verify that objectively. Overall, they are tasty, convenient and efficient, with a nice texture and clear dosing information.
Nice tasting and no other additional "ingredients," so it appears to be pure lion's mane - no thrills not frills. I like this idea and would prefer to have a pure version than a one with other vitamins added. The gelling agent and sugars are expected; to make a mushroom into a gummy means something has to be done.Downside: no GMP logoI can recommend
STRONOS Lion's Mane Mushroom Gummies - these are delicious and a good way to take lion's mane supplement. Made in the UK and the Amazon page is informative. These are high quality and well priced. Presented in a secure plastic screw top jar, they are easy to store. I have really noticed that my focus and cognition have improved after taking two of these each morning. No side effects and no mushroom or earthy taste.
I try to take Lions Mane or a mushroom supplement every day for my brain health as I age. I also have adhd and there is research to suggest that it helps with this too. These Stronos supplements are potentially the tastiest lions mane supplements I have ever had lol they are very delicious! I take them in the morning and I have been feeling a little more alert and switched in the mornings, I have also been taking Creatine, it could be the combination. Either way I believe lions mane helps protect against various things which you can read about online, and these are good quality, delicious lions mane supplements which I definitely can recommend
The 60 berry flavoured soft gummies here represent a 30 day supply at the suggested 2-a-day seving size. The listing states the product is manufactured in the UK, though the sealed recyclable PET clear screw topped container appears not to indicate place of manufacture, simply stating they're 'Packed in the UK for Longspaces Limited', a company based in Burton-On-Trent.These gummies are suitable for vegetarians and vegans as they're pectin-based and contain no gelatin and each one contains 7kcals. They taste a little too sweet for my liking, though this is a matter of personal taste. Each two gummie serving contains 200mg of lion's mane fruiting body extract, equivalent to 2000mg of dried mushroom - so apparently high strength- and the pack I received has a BBE date of 06/2027. So far, I've not observed any improvement in terms of mental clarity though it's early days yet.
I take lion’s mane to help with flushing, so I wanted to try these gummies as an alternative to capsules, and I’m really glad I did. The flavour is genuinely enjoyable, and the texture is very soft, making them easy to chew and take consistently without any hassle.I’ve found they do seem to help manage flushing, and I also feel like they give me a nice boost of energy throughout the day. They’re much more pleasant to take compared to capsules, which can sometimes feel like a chore.Overall, I definitely prefer this format and will be looking out for similar gummies in the future. A great option if you want something effective that’s also enjoyable to take. And a very tasty Gummy that I look forward to taking.
Addicted as I am to my morning coffee with Lions Mane powder, I still want a second boost of Lions Mane, later in the day. A late coffee doesn’t work for me (or anyone else much, if you believe the research) so a gummy is a much better way to get it, compared with a tablet. Besides which, they taste good - this one doesn’t disappoint, being berry flavoured and very easy to chew and swallow. The branding is very simple - stylish and professional and I like that they are Vegan, too. I think that their effect on my focus and energy levels is mild, but that may be down to me only having one a day?At £11.99 for 60 gummies, they are still fair value if you take two. Recommended.
My gummies are the usual sweet and chewy supplement quality with a pleasant blackcurrant flavour.I ordered these for my husband as the information in the listing looks to be useful for him.He likes eating his Stronos gummies, the taste is good and they are easy to chew and take. His instructions say to take two a day. He is not sure on taking with or without food so prefers to take his lion’s mane gummies with food.We have a good months supply, so they seem a fair quantity. My gummies also seem an average price for a months supply. Our ingredients look a good quality and the storage pot is thick with a strong lid. I still keep our gummies in a safe place away from the children. Our Stronos Lion’s mane Gummies say they are helpful with concentration which is a good thing. I will see over the month how they go.
I got these because I understand they are good for women of a certain age who are experiencing a bit of brain fog. I've started taking these and they taste really good. I was a little concerned that they might taste odd, but they don't at all. The texture is a bit like a jelly baby, which isn't my favourite, but not unpleasant. They seem to be really good quality and the packaging makes them seem as though they are quite expensive, although I don't think that the cost it too bad and they appear to be good value for money. As to how well they work, it's a little early to say right now, I did remember someone's name that had completely escaped me earlier, was this any better than normal? Well, I can't actually remember...
